One Postdoctoral Research
Fellowship is accessible at the K.G. Jebsen Centre for Psychosis Research – TOP
study, Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Oslo and Oslo University
Hospital, Oslo, Norway. The K.G. Jebsen Centre is integrated with the Norwegian
Centre for Mental Disorders Research (NORMENT), which was newly approved Centre
of Excellence status from the Research Council of Norway. The NORMENT research
center coordinates a large translational multisite study involving all
psychiatric hospital departments in Oslo and numerous groups at the University
of Oslo.

Eligibility:
-Applicants should have a
doctoral degree (PhD) in computer science, neuroimaging, neuroscience,
biomedical engineering, psychology, or medicine with a documented interest in
biological psychology/psychiatry, neuroscience and quantitative analysis.
-The applicant have an
understanding of Linux environment and MR data analysis (e.g. FreeSurfer, FSL),
and experience with neuroimaging statistics.
-The ideal candidate has a strong
CV, with methodological and/ or applied expertise, an excellent potential and
genuine attention to apply and develop data breakdown tools and neuroimaging
methodology for this project.
-Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English are a prerequisite. Applicants who have handed
in their thesis for evaluation are also encouraged to apply, caveat the thesis
is accepted.
